What do we believe in?

The goal is to bridge the gap between parents and schools.

Planning for the Growth in District 4

South Fulton is an area ripe for growth from new housing communities and businesses coming to our corridor it’s critical that we continue to plan for this growth. District 4 deserves a representative who stands in the gap and is willing to make hard decisions. In four years, we have opened our first STEM high school, rebuilt two elementary schools, refurbished weight rooms, replaced libraries, added new roughs, replaced playgrounds, and added Physical Education additions to schools- among other things. We also have plans to rebuild Camp Creek Middle School, build out Palmetto K-8 STEAM Academy, and plan for the 2030 Census.

When re-elected, my goal is to continue to be action-orientated and an advocate for our area's growth and plan for the next ten years of what we want our community to look like.

Focus on Academics

Ever since the onset of COVID, the Fulton County School Board has pushed the need for a reform in reading. In 2021, we developed the Science of Reading- an evidence-based program focused on teaching students how to read correctly. We’ve been featured around the country and have seen significant gains for students.

As your District 4 Board member, we have revamped our reading curriculum, hired literacy coaches in all K-8 schools, created parent units to help teach parents, and put books in student’s hands- and there’s still more to do.

When elected for another four years, we will continue to fine-tune our K-5 work while pushing for ACT/SAT readiness for high school and focusing on middle school reform for our 6th through 8th-grade students.

Focus on Solutions

The District Four Community belongs to parents, students, and stakeholders. When educating our children, we have so many great things happening- from the millions of students who are offered scholarships from Creekside, Langston Hughes, and Westlake High Schools to our students being finalist in Governor’s Honors or competing in HOSA, TSA, FBLA and FFA on the national stage.

It’s inevitable that there will be hiccups when educating children. As your board member, I promise to continue finding solutions. We live in this community, and we are responsible for getting these things right when problems arise.

Support Families: Wrap Around Services

After COVID-19, Our families and students were in crisis mode. As your board member, we have authorized millions of dollars to address mental health services, expanded Pre-K offerings for all students, bullying programs, developed behavioral management support for all students, post-collegiate support, family counseling, and more.

When re-elected, Franchesca Warren continued to focus on solutions for our families.
